Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking. A cleaning charge is applied separately and is payable prior to check-in. Full payment details will be confirmed as part of the booking process.

Cancellations
​
All deposits are non-refundable. Further cancellation terms, including any additional amounts payable depending on the timing of cancellation, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes or cancellations.

Minimum Stay
​
A minimum stay of two nights applies to both properties.

Maximum Occupancy
​
The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
• Haymains Cottage is licensed to sleep up to 11 guests
• The Doocot is licensed to sleep up to 12 guests

Use of the Property
​
The cottages are to be used for holiday accommodation only. Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and contents with care and respect. Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required may be charged accordingly.

Noise & Behaviour
​
Guests are asked to respect the peaceful rural setting and to keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during late evening and night-time hours.

Safety
​
Guests stay at the property at their own risk. Please familiarise yourself with all safety information provided at the property upon arrival. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly outdoors.

Liability
​
We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where required by law.

Right to Refuse or Terminate a Stay

We reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay where these terms are not adhered to, or where behaviour is unreasonable or poses a risk to the property, guests, or others.
